With Fatpaint, It is possible to create stencil image from a full color image… We just need to convert all colors to black.


1. Load your image: In the “Insert” top menu, choose Image… Then choose “Open from your computer”. After selecting the image from your computer, it will appear on the page.


2. Find the “Color” tab pane in the “Current Object” panel. There you will see a RGBA matrix, and by removing all RGB check boxes leaving only the AxA, it will be stencil.


The vector clip arts are great for stencil work, and also the vector tools.
