Today I got a question from someone that could not figure out how to have an image on the lower right side on the back of a t-shirt. This is what I told him to do:
1. Create a new page for the back side.
2. Position the image on the lower right side of the page.
3. In the “Products” panel, in the “Back side” combo box, choose “page 2″.
In the “Products” panel, for each side, you can choose weather you want a page there, or an object. If you choose a page, then you control the position of images on the t-shirt, by moving the objects position on the page. If you choose an object as the source, the object will ocupy the whole printing area, but if you place an object inside that object (A child object), and leave the parent object empty, it will also be possible to position stuff on different places. But its easier to use a page as the image source.
Anyway, you will notice that Zazzle t-shirt print don't cover the full t-shirt area. If that is what you want, then you can try another t-shirt vendor from this list:

There is no point in using image/page size larger then the recommended. Print on fabric cannot have high dpi, so just use the recommended sizes.
