An user had this problem:

“I try to save my image on my computer, but when i click choose name for image, it says it's processing and then nothing happens. i would like to know where the file is saving to since i'm not getting any downloads. let me know.”

Solution:

It should save the image on your browsers default download folder. Look at the settings. On my browser I have changed the settings so the web browser will ask me for a download location.

Another option is to save the image on the server and preview it, do this:

1. When saving image select “Save at Fatpaint.com“. Give the file a name and press “Save”.

2. Open the file manager in the “File” menu at the top.

3. Right click on the file and choose “Preview the image”. The image will be displayed in a new browser window. Then just save that as you would when saving an image from the internet.

I suppose you are on a Mac? If you are on a PC, using Java will make things easier when saving.
