I appreciate what Fatpaint is trying to accomplish with this site, but there are just too many bugs. I am trying to use it in a high school desktop publishing class. I wanted my students to use cloud computing in class for collaborative purposes, but at this point Fatpaint is just too frustrating and we are going back to using Adobe Illustrator. I hope to return to Fatpaint in the future once more of the bugs are worked out!

I usually fix the bugs as soon as I find them, but the problem is nobody are reporting bugs! Is it too much to ask?

I am giving this app for free, after spending 5 years making it, and people don't even bother to report the bugs they find.

Its a complex app, lots of things can go wrong, but I depend on YOU to report the bugs, that is the least the Fatpaint users can do! And I will do my best to fix them.

You say, “There are just too many bugs”… Why have you not reported any of these bugs? Am I supposed to guess what the bugs are? So please tell me what these bugs are.

You're not the only free software for desktop publishing. It's easier for me to just switch to another program.

Well, It's the only one, free or not, which is web-based. Anyway, it's a young software, only 2 years old, obviously there are things that can be improved. The process of improving Fatpaint would go much faster if our users were more engaged and contributed. Unfortunately, 99.9% of our users are not contributting.
